Primary Teacher – Health & PE & Relieving Positions

About the role

Rasmussen State School is seeking enthusiastic primary teachers for two temporary positions: Health and Physical Education (Prep‑Year 6) and a District Relieving Teacher (Prep‑Year 6). Both roles support a vibrant learning community of over 400 students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Health, Physical Education, or general curriculum lessons for Prep to Year 6.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a supportive school environment.
• Participate in school events, sports carnivals, and cultural activities.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification (full or provisional QCT registration).
• Australian working rights or a valid visa.
• Ability to work with early‑career, beginning, or experienced teachers.
• Commitment to the temporary contract dates (July 2026 – December 2026).
