About the role
Join efex’s Sydney head office as a Paid Media & Digital Marketing Specialist and own the end‑to‑end lead generation engine. Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, you will drive paid media, social, website optimisation and automation initiatives that translate marketing activity into measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive lead‑generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, remarketing, email and other digital channels.
- Optimise campaign performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.
- Manage and enhance marketing infrastructure, including tracking, tagging, pixels, audience segmentation and automation workflows.
- Support website optimisation and conversion‑rate improvements.
- Oversee efex’s social media presence and community engagement.
- Produce performance reports, insights and actionable recommendations.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to increase efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing or demand generation.
- Proven track record of running and optimising digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead‑generation strategies and metrics.
- Enjoy both the creative and analytical aspects of digital marketing.
