Operations Supervisor

About the role

Dragonfly is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead its delivery hub in Regency Park, Adelaide. You will drive station performance, improve efficiency and ensure safety and compliance across the parcel lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatch, returns, driver bookings and route optimisation while monitoring processes.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance with health‑and‑safety standards, including audits and emergency response.
• Supervise unloading, freight verification, sorting, scanning and quality checks on returns.
• Manage driver check‑in/out, loading, real‑time delivery tracking and generate next‑day route plans.
• Maintain accurate delivery, inventory, incident and compliance records and produce daily reports.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor team productivity and ensure SOP compliance.
• Provide leadership, onboarding, coaching and training to drivers and warehouse staff.
• Resolve delivery complaints, damages, lost packages and customer concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in transportation, freight, logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Tech‑savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.
