Operations Assistant – Logistics & Project Coordination

About the role

Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd., a global leader in renewable energy, is seeking an Operations Assistant to support its after‑sales and logistics functions in Australia. The role blends business analysis, process optimisation and hands‑on coordination of spare‑parts, payment workflows and project activities.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for management, data analysis and contract administration.
• Review and optimise business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Manage after‑sales processes, including payment workflows, reimbursement approvals and major project payments.
• Oversee logistics tracking, shipping/receiving, warranty case follow‑up and equipment recovery.
• Handle spare‑parts management: create purchase orders, conduct inventory checks, perform quarterly stock‑taking and manage warehouse inbound/outbound transfers.
• Coordinate project activities, enter PO contracts and track progress.
• Develop user documentation, deliver training and support functional solution deployment through testing and implementation.
• Use data‑modelling techniques to support system development, manage updates and maintain data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations or logistics.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
• Valid Australian working visa for a minimum of three years.
