About the role
Join Darwin Harbour Cruises as an Office Administrator and provide essential administrative support to keep our fast‑paced tourism operation running smoothly. You will work closely with the operations team, handling communications, records and day‑to‑day office tasks while ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
- Provide routine administrative assistance to the Darwin Harbour Cruises team.
- Coordinate schedules, bookings and general office administration.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and internal documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records and databases.
- Monitor office supplies and help keep the workspace organised and presentable.
- Support operational teams with a variety of business administration tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality and follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support or similar role.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, dependable attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
