National Account Manager – Food & Pet FMCG

About the role

Cooee Foods Australia is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead growth across food and pet FMCG channels in Sydney and the Central Coast. Reporting to the General Manager – Retail, you will own key retail relationships, develop joint business plans and drive profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales, profit and customer growth targets across assigned accounts.
• Build and execute strategic customer and joint business plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with retail customers and key stakeholders.
• Own range reviews and secure new product listings.
• Analyse sales trends and develop action plans.
• Manage pricing, promotions, trade spend and trading terms.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting and promotional claims management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience.
• Experience in grocery, pharmacy & convenience or pet retail channels.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Proven negotiation and account‑management capability.
• Track record of delivering sales growth and winning new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel interstate when required.
• Valid driver’s licence; tertiary qualification desirable.
