Multiskilled Operator – Mining

About the role

We are expanding our operations at Curragh Mine in Blackwater and are looking for experienced Multiskilled Operators to join our Mining Pro team. This full‑time role offers a rotating 7/7 roster and the chance for long‑term career growth in a safe, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CAT 18M graders, CAT D10/D11 dozers and Komatsu 830e haul trucks on a FIFO/BIBO schedule.
• Follow site safety and production plans to meet daily mining targets.
• Collaborate with the crew and supervisors to ensure efficient mine operations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in coal mining.
• Valid Australian driver licence.
• Signed training transcripts or skills list.

Required skills

• Operation of CAT 18M graders.
• Operation of CAT D10 and D11 dozers.
• Operation of Komatsu 830e haul trucks.
