Mid-Level Project Architect/Designer – Sydney

Join a dynamic Sydney team that is shaping the future of global industries. As a Mid‑Level Project Architect/Designer you will play a crucial part in the growth of our office, working on large‑scale projects both nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and 3‑D models that accurately reflect design intent for complex, multi‑phase projects.
• Assist senior staff in ensuring all designs and technical documentation comply with project requirements, Australian building codes and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers and internal teams to resolve design challenges and optimise outcomes.
• Present design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders using strong visual and verbal communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of local architectural experience.
• Solid understanding of design and construction documentation and Australian building codes.
• Experience on complex commercial or large‑scale multi‑residential projects.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Experience with rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion.
• Strong Photoshop skills for presentation work.
