Join a top‑ranked Competition & Regulatory practice in Sydney, advising global and domestic clients on competition and consumer law across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide counsel on ACCC investigations, merger clearances and regulatory inquiries.
- Advise clients on competition and trade law matters.
- Work with major companies across a range of industries.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience.
- Experience in competition and trade law from a top‑tier firm.
- Ability to handle ACCC investigations and merger clearance work.
- Overseas qualified lawyers may be sponsored.
