Member Relationship Consultant – Customer Service

About the role

Join Beyond Bank as a Member Relationship Consultant and help deliver exceptional service to our members. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing timely solutions and contributing to a positive member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone and digital interactions with members and staff, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Resolve member and staff queries efficiently while adhering to policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, minimise errors and prevent duplicate handling.
• Identify member needs, suggest appropriate banking products and capture opportunities for cross‑selling.
• Collaborate with other departments to build strong working relationships and support team performance.
