About the role

Bosch Rexroth Australia is seeking a visionary, commercially‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and launch a new customer‑training value stream. This high‑impact role combines strategic brand ownership with hands‑on execution to build a profitable “Training as a Service” division from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Pioneer and launch a “Training as a Service” offering, developing curriculum, business case, pricing and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Gather global best practices, secure stakeholder alignment and design a world‑class, customer‑centric training program.
• Own the full lifecycle from concept through operational rollout, marketing and sales integration.
• Manage the training division’s budget, pricing strategy and P&L to ensure profitable growth.
• Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy and budget that supports existing business and the new training venture.
• Act as senior brand guardian, translating complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions across white papers, case studies and digital content.
• Direct the digital marketing footprint—including website, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn and marketing automation—to build a strong lead‑generation engine.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in marketing with experience building new business units from scratch.
• Strong strategic planning skills combined with a hands‑on, “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” execution mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align global best practices locally.
• Commercial acumen with experience in pricing, budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
