Marketing Manager – Amazon Prime

About the role

Amazon Australia Prime & Marketing is seeking a customer‑obsessed Marketing Manager to shape and execute marketing strategies that make Amazon the go‑to shopping destination across multiple categories. You will dive deep into customer shopping behaviours, collaborate with business, finance and marketing teams, and own programs that introduce customers to new categories while driving purchase conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the marketing strategy for allocated categories, using data and research to identify high‑impact tactics.
• Activate cross‑functional plans that leverage owned and influenced marketing levers to raise awareness, intent and purchase.
• Develop and manage incentivized and non‑incentivized programs to drive discovery and engagement.
• Manage budget and work with finance to define investment frameworks and experimentation plans.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to scale impact and improve customer outcomes.
• Build relationships with peers in other countries to share winning strategies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to dive deep into complex data.
• Excellent project management, communication and influencing skills across global teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Tableau and Salesforce.
• Ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to generate forecasts and assess program efficacy.
