About the role
The Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park hotel is seeking a full‑time Marketing Executive to support its Commercial team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing, you will help keep the hotel’s rooms, conference facilities, and food & beverage outlets visible and attractive to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the leadership team in developing and executing the marketing and e‑commerce strategy.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders for custom menus, conference offers and seasonal activations.
- Prepare and implement promotional plans, including distribution of brochures, sales kits and other marketing materials.
- Create and adapt content for print, online and digital channels while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage stock of stationary items and ensure they are well maintained.
- Liaise with sales, senior management, corporate teams and external suppliers as required.
- Develop sales support materials such as newsletters, brochures, mailers, in‑room information and guides.
- Support the Food & Beverage director and other operational departments in producing signage, menus and related assets.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability and a proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with multiple internal teams.
- Excellent written communication and attention to brand standards.
