Marketing Coordinator – Community Impact (12‑month contract)

About the role

Join EY’s Community Impact team as a Marketing Coordinator on a 12‑month contract. You will help design, execute and promote behaviour‑change education programmes for primary and secondary schools across Australia, delivering integrated marketing and pre‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the creation and production of digital marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
• Run direct marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, nurturing prospects through the funnel to conversion.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships, providing high‑quality service and fostering long‑term engagement.
• Conduct research on customer insights and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, manage segmentation and support efficient lead management.
