Marketing Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for analytical marketing professionals to join its data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on experimentation, modeling, and reporting to improve campaign performance and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to quantify the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing changes and other marketing levers.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and support data‑based decision making.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and collaborate with product teams on implementation road‑maps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business roles at a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work quickly, make evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of impact.
