Manager - Risk Consulting

About the role

EY is hiring a Manager for its Risk Consulting service line in Adelaide, working on a high-profile, long-term engagement. You will lead financial verification services across a nationally significant infrastructure program, working with government stakeholders, contractors and multidisciplinary EY teams. The position is hybrid, based in the Tarntanya office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial verification, compensation audit and contract review activities across a major infrastructure program, delivering high-quality, robust and defensible work products.
• Deliver process and controls reviews to strengthen governance, transparency and compliance from start to finish.
• Build trusted relationships with client and contractor stakeholders, communicate findings and support resolution of issues.
• Drive audit outcomes through data-enabled assurance approaches, overseeing reporting, issue management and clear, actionable insights.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, coordinating multidisciplinary EY resources.

Required profile

• Experience in financial audit, contract assurance or cost verification audits.
• Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance (or an existing clearance).
• Ideal candidates: experience with reimbursable cost contracts, alliance or collaborative delivery models, and with major infrastructure, government or defence programs.
• Ideal candidates: professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA, or progress towards it.
