Maintenance Serviceperson – Mining Equipment

About the role

MACA Mining is looking for an experienced Serviceperson to join the field team at the Gruyere Gold Mine in Western Australia. You will be responsible for keeping a fleet of heavy mobile mining equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Service and maintain equipment such as CAT 785 & Komatsu 830E haul trucks, Liebherr 9400 and Komatsu PC1250 excavators, Sandvic/Epiroc drills, CAT D10 dozers and CAT 16M graders.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all assigned plant.
• Monitor plant condition, identify and report oil or fuel leaks, and ensure consumables (oil, grease, fuel) are stocked.
• Operate equipment for maintenance and inspection tasks as required.
• Follow all Work Health & Safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Valid MR/HR drivers licence.
• Previous mine‑site experience as a serviceperson.
• Ability to work independently and stay highly motivated.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of WHS procedures.
