Luxury Travel Consultant – Destination Weddings & Celebrations

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is looking for a Luxury Travel Consultant to provide high‑touch, concierge‑level support for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, and their guests. You will work closely with senior luxury travel specialists, wedding planners, venues, and global travel partners to orchestrate seamless, multi‑party travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel itineraries for weddings, honeymoons, guest travel, and post‑event extensions, ensuring alignment with event schedules.
• Manage accommodations, transfers, and experience arrangements, maintaining accuracy and date‑alignment for group travel.
• Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, email, and phone with guests, planners, and partners, delivering discreet and culturally sensitive support.
• Monitor active bookings during assigned shifts, identify potential conflicts, and resolve standard issues independently.
• Log bookings, guest details, and communications in internal CRM systems and maintain client‑ready documentation.
• Coordinate with hotels, transfer providers, and local service partners, representing Wedded Wonderland professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury travel, travel coordination, concierge services, hospitality operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to support complex itineraries and group travel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable managing communication across WhatsApp, email, and phone.
