About the role
We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service to join our Customer Service Centre team in Brisbane. You will be trained to become a logistics allocator, supporting the planning of deliveries and ensuring a perfect day for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer service and logistics expertise.
- Plan and allocate resources to meet daily operational demands.
Required profile
- Training – no prior logistics or construction experience required.
- Problem solving – work together and innovate to meet daily challenges.
- Resilience – tackle new challenges with calm composure.
- Curious – collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise network assets.
- Compassionate – attentive to customer requirements and communicate fairly.
