Licensed NZ Immigration Adviser – Remote (Australia)

About the role

Travel Smart Travel Fast is looking for a licensed New Zealand immigration adviser to join our fully remote team. Based in Australia, you will help travellers navigate New Zealand entry requirements and ensure their documentation is accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Provide licensed immigration advice in line with IAA regulations.
• Support clients through the preparation, lodging, and administration of New Zealand immigration applications.
• Collaborate with the international operations team to deliver seamless travel solutions.
• Contribute to the development of New Zealand‑focused services and products.
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold professional standards at all times.

Required profile

• Based in Australia with a current Full licence issued by the New Zealand Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA).
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand immigration law and entry requirements.
• Proven ability to prepare, lodge, and manage immigration‑related applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional, ethical, and client‑focused approach.
