Key Account Manager

About the role

Sandvik Mining is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive sustainable, profitable growth across assigned accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers’ business objectives and positioning Sandvik as a preferred partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed account plans in partnership with internal stakeholders to co‑create long‑term value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customer and internal teams, ensuring engagement at all levels.
• Communicate the full value of Sandvik’s offering, tailoring messages to specific customer roles and priorities.
• Monitor performance against agreed plans and take decisive action to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• High initiative, drive and determination with a focus on target setting and results.
• Solid commercial experience and a natural ability to lead within a collaborative team.
• Proactive in identifying innovative growth opportunities and delivering value‑driven solutions.
• Strong cultural awareness, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a matrix organisation.
• Willingness to travel as required and right to live and work in Australia.
