Junior Paid Advertising Specialist

About the role

Milkbar Digital is looking for a Junior Paid Advertising Specialist to join its fast‑moving creative and social media team in Melbourne. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across Meta, TikTok and other digital advertising platforms, supporting well‑known food, fashion and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and management of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and help optimise towards client KPIs.
• Support reporting and analysis of campaign activity.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and provide creative insights.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop high‑performing ad creative.
• Identify trends, platform updates and new advertising opportunities.
• Help with campaign QA, tracking and account organisation.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and strategy sessions.
