Junior Graphic Designer & Marketer

About the role

LawY is building an AI‑native workspace for legal professionals and needs a creative mind to help shape its visual identity. As a Junior Graphic Designer & Marketer you will split your time between high‑volume digital design and hands‑on marketing activities, supporting product launches, campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a high volume of digital‑first creative for ads, social tiles, landing pages, ebooks, email templates and product mock‑ups.
• Help launch, test and iterate marketing campaigns, analysing performance data to optimise creative.
• Own branded merchandise from design through production and distribution for events.
• Assist with event logistics – packing, shipping, setting up stalls and supporting in‑person activations.
• Create physical assets such as event banners, flyers and digital business cards.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with performance, product and creative leads.
• Support marketing operations by scheduling social posts, sending email campaigns and updating website pages.
• Maintain the brand asset library, templates and style guide.

Required profile

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of digital work.
• Formal design training (bachelor’s degree, certification or proven self‑taught expertise).
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or marketing.
