ITC/CN Operator – Civil Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ITC/CN Operator to join a fast‑growing Western Australian contractor on a four‑month civil construction project. The role involves operating heavy civil machinery for precise trenching and pipe handling, working on a 2/1 roster (two days on, one day off) with 12‑hour day shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate integrated tool carriers to perform trenching and pipe installation tasks.
• Maintain accurate alignment and depth according to project specifications.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure safe and efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Valid C Class driver’s licence.
• Ability to obtain a National Police clearance.
• Successful completion of a laboratory drug & alcohol screen.
• Medical clearance including fitness assessment, audiometry and spirometry.

Required skills

• RIIHAN311F – Conduct operations with integrated tool carrier.
• HWRL – CN certification.
