IT Technician – Onsite Support for Home Users & Small Businesses

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide onsite support to home users and small businesses across Brisbane. The role is commission‑based, allowing you to earn more by taking on additional jobs while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and Apple devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, setups and configurations for a variety of devices.
• Carry out screen replacements and mobile device repairs where required.
• Travel to client locations across Brisbane to deliver timely support.

Required profile

• Own ABN, valid NSW driver’s licence and a reliable car.
• Proven experience supporting home users and small businesses.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and professional attitude.

Required skills

• Hardware repairs and setups for desktops, laptops and Apple devices.
• Screen replacement expertise.
• Mobile device repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose both hardware and software problems.
