About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join our Melbourne office and become the first point of contact for over 600 employees. You will deliver high‑quality helpdesk support, ensuring that technology runs smoothly across a fast‑growing iGaming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming IT tickets via Jira, resolve or appropriately escalate issues.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Windows and macOS users, including hardware, software and network problems.
- Set up new joiners with laptops, monitors, peripherals and access rights on day one.
- Maintain meeting rooms and collaborative spaces, handling AV and HDMI connections.
- Diagnose and fix Wi‑Fi, connectivity and other infrastructure issues.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving desks, installing monitors and cable management.
- Assist teams in adopting new systems and tools.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Proactive, curious and able to work independently.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Required skills
- Windows operating system support.
- macOS operating system support.
- Jira ticketing system.
- Hardware installation and troubleshooting (desks, monitors, HDMI, peripherals).
- Wi‑Fi and basic network troubleshooting.
