About the role
We are looking for an IT Support / EUC professional to join our team on a contract basis in Brisbane, Queensland. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality desktop and end‑user computing support, ensuring smooth operations and strong user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive desktop and end‑user computing support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage break‑fix tasks for IT equipment, restoring services promptly.
- Perform IMAC (Installation, Moves, Additions, Changes) and desk‑side support.
- Log incidents and service requests using ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
- Handle user account provisioning and de‑provisioning in Active Directory.
- Support remote users with connectivity, VPN access, and mobile device management.
Required profile
- Solid understanding of desktop support principles.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with Active Directory account management.
- Ability to support remote users, including VPN and mobile device issues.
