IT Support / End User Computing – Contract

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for an IT Support / End User Computing (EUC) professional on a contract basis in Brisbane. You will ensure smooth operation of desktop environments and provide high‑quality support to end users across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive desktop and end‑user computing support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage break‑fix tasks for PCs, peripherals, Macs and tablets, restoring services promptly.
• Provide IMAC (Installation, Moves, Additions, Changes) and desk‑side assistance.
• Log incidents and service requests using ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
• Perform user account provisioning and de‑provisioning in Active Directory.
• Support remote users with VPN connectivity, mobile device management and other remote‑access needs.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of desktop support principles with hands‑on experience on Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, including break‑fix for a variety of devices.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and smart‑hands/feet installations.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems.
• Ability to support Macs, tablets and mobile devices.
• Nice‑to‑have certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA A+.
