Intermediate Auditor – Audit & Assurance

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Auditor to join our Audit & Assurance division. You will work on a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries, gaining exposure to a wide range of audit engagements while developing your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform external audit engagements for clients in sectors such as mining, manufacturing, education, biotech, financial services, technology and not‑for‑profits.
• Complete planning sections of audit files independently.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate auditors, providing guidance and support.
• Analyse financial statements, assess internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering recommendations to improve processes.
• Deliver assigned work on schedule with minimal review points.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Started Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• At least 1 year of external audit experience.
• Broad industry exposure across the sectors mentioned above.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
