Integrated Marketing Communications Manager – AUNZ

About the role

The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will lead TikTok's Business Marketing efforts across Australia and New Zealand. You will shape B2B marketing strategies, drive integrated campaigns, and partner with agencies and ecosystem players to grow the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing communication strategies targeting brands, media agencies, creative agencies, and industry associations.
• Own end‑to‑end integrated campaigns, including tentpole events, partnerships, workshops, webinars, email marketing, and press releases.
• Lead cross‑functional projects with sales, product, finance, creative, and operations teams.
• Manage reporting cycles (bi‑annual planning, quarterly OKRs, QBRs) in collaboration with regional heads.
• Allocate and govern marketing budgets, track utilisation, and ensure compliance.
• Analyse channel performance, especially events and client acquisition metrics, to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with global hubs (CNOB, APAC, LATAM, METAP) to share best practices and align strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C advertising landscapes in Australia and New Zealand.
• Excellent relationship‑building, leadership, and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to apply structured frameworks to planning, execution, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel interstate for B2B events.
