HubSpot and Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on HubSpot and Growth Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. The role will own Charter’s HubSpot environment, drive paid acquisition, optimise the website and SEO, and implement emerging AI‑search strategies to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve HubSpot Marketing, Sales and Content hubs, including data quality, workflows, landing pages and integrations.
• Design, build and optimise landing pages, forms and conversion paths, and create dashboards for marketing, sales and management.
• Manage lifecycle stages, lead scoring, pipeline structures and audience segmentation to ensure accurate marketing‑to‑sales handoff.
• Maintain website SEO fundamentals, conduct keyword research, and implement AI‑search (AEO/GEO) practices.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, handling budgets, tracking and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing activities with product capacity and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on HubSpot experience across Marketing, Sales and Content hubs.
• Strong foundation in marketing principles, paid acquisition and SEO, with a data‑driven, commercially minded approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
