HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an energetic HR Coordinator to be the central engine behind our people operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will support the employee experience end‑to‑end, handling queries, documentation, onboarding, off‑boarding and HR data management in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level HR support via email and Workday, answering employee queries on policies and procedures.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, variations and other employee‑lifecycle documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including background checks and welcome activities.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS platforms such as Workday and the Learning Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Organise recurring wellbeing initiatives (e.g., flu vaccinations, wellbeing days) and support the social committee calendar.
• Liaise with local and global stakeholders including Payroll and Employee Services to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Provide WHS administrative support, keeping safety posters and registers up to date across ANZ.
• Assist the HR team in delivering people projects that reinforce a high‑performance, inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Advisor.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Tech‑savvy with a strong aptitude for learning and using HR systems.
