Retail Training Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Training Specialist to join our global luxury retail brand’s headquarters in Sydney. Working closely with HR, Learning & Development and Marketing, you will elevate brand knowledge and customer experience across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and up‑skill brand knowledge across retail operations.
• Design and deliver blended learning programmes, including face‑to‑face workshops, classroom sessions and e‑learning modules.
• Create and maintain training content, brand education materials and digital resources.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring schedules and content are up‑to‑date.
• Partner with Retail Operations to align training strategies with business needs.
• Travel to other states on a quarterly basis to support regional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trainer/facilitator in the retail industry, preferably within a luxury brand.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience with blended learning techniques.
• Detail‑oriented and passionate about continuous learning.
• Experience developing training content and strategies.
• Hands‑on experience managing an LMS and creating LMS content.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment preferred but not essential.
