Learning Coordinator, Fulfillment Center Learning & Development

About the role

The Learning Coordinator drives the planning, delivery, and quality of training programs across all process paths in a fulfillment center. Working closely with Operations and the L&D team, the role ensures consistent training execution, supports onboarding, and maintains compliance with learning standards.

Key responsibilities

• Attend Start‑of‑Shift meetings, align daily training plans with Area Managers and Learning Specialists.
• Prepare training rooms, equipment, and materials; perform equipment readiness checks.
• Deliver scheduled training sessions and step in for instructors when needed.
• Coach and up‑skill instructors, logging all coaching activities.
• Monitor training assessments, flag risks, and manage associate permissions post‑training.
• Maintain accurate training records in Umbrella, WorkDocs, and ticketing systems.
• Report equipment issues, manage training tickets, and ensure proper labor tracking.
• Facilitate onboarding modules, Day 1/Day 2 process training, and weekly graduation sessions.
• Participate in monthly audits, compliance checks, and operational shadowing.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating training programs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shift schedules.
• Effective communication and coaching abilities for instructors and associates.
• Attention to detail for equipment checks, record‑keeping, and compliance reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Umbrella learning platform.
• Experience using WorkDocs for documentation.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for training requests.
