Housekeeping Supervisor (Part-Time)

About the role

Accor is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for its Sydney Olympic Park precinct, which includes Pullman, Novotel and Ibis hotels. You will help the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper keep cleanliness standards high and deliver consistent guest experiences. The position is part-time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations
• Inspect rooms to maintain brand and cleanliness standards
• Make sure guest requests and special requirements are handled promptly
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or faulty equipment and follow up on outstanding tasks
• Support Accor's environmental program
• Help create a positive, productive team environment
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with WHS procedures
• Take part in required training, briefings and Accor Academy modules

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with good attention to detail
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically capable of manual tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling and climbing stairs
