Home & Investment Lending Executive – Port Macquarie & Coffs Harbour

About the role

ANZ is seeking a permanent Home & Investment Lending Executive to work across several branch locations in Northern and Regional NSW. The role is full‑time and focuses on helping customers navigate the home‑loan journey while contributing to ANZ’s growth in the mortgage market.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with local customers and guide them through the home‑loan process.
• Self‑source new business opportunities, similar to mobile lending roles.
• Develop personal lending capability through training, coaching and specialised support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven residential lending and retail banking experience.
• Track record in a sales role with financial targets and pipeline development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to financial detail.
• Comfortable using digital tools to educate customers on technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
