Home & Investment Lending Executive – Northern & Regional NSW

About the role

ANZ is seeking motivated Home & Investment Lending Executives to join its growing team across Northern and Regional NSW. In this full‑time permanent position you will guide customers through the home‑loan journey, helping them save for, purchase and own their residential or investment properties.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and referral partners.
• Coach clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to ANZ’s growth in the home‑loan market.
• Collaborate with capability coaches to continuously improve lending skills.
• Stay informed about market trends and ANZ’s product offerings.
