High Voltage Project Manager

About the role

Join a global technology leader to manage medium to large, high‑complexity high‑voltage projects across Australia. You will own the delivery from contract hand‑over through to customer acceptance and project close‑out, working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including contract review, kick‑off, execution planning, monitoring, customer acceptance and formal close‑out.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, resources and deliverables, proactively addressing issues and constraints.
• Monitor financial performance – revenue, invoicing, expenses, cash flow and profitability – and maintain accurate forecasts.
• Identify, qualify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, suppliers, subcontractors, logistics, site activities and testing requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive project management experience in the high‑voltage electrical industry or comparable heavy‑industry environment.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, resources, suppliers and subcontractors from hand‑over to completion.
• Strong knowledge of high‑voltage equipment, substations and related standards.
