Health Facility Planner / Senior Health Facility Planner

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries and majority-owned by CBRE Group, is hiring a Health Facility Planner (or Senior Health Facility Planner) on a full-time basis. The role supports facility planning deliverables for health facilities, working with clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the Clinical Services Plan into a Whole of Hospital Departmental Schedule of Areas within the relevant Service Planning Horizons.
• Develop a Functional Assumptions Paper.
• Develop a Strategic Functional Design Brief.
• Support the development of Master Planning, Concept and Schematic Designs that respond to the Clinical Services Plans in the relevant Service Planning Horizons.
• Input service needs into Business Cases and Investment Decision Papers.

Required profile

• Knowledge of clinical services plans.
• Knowledge of health facility planning.
• Good knowledge of health projects.
• Experience in clinical user engagement and management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Able to deal with health facility planning issues with health professionals.
