Guest Experience Host

About the role

Join the TRYP by Wyndham Hotel Adelaide team as a Guest Experience Host and be the first friendly face for owners and guests. You will deliver exceptional service, share local insights, and support the sales generation process while ensuring smooth check‑in experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register owners and guests, providing information on local attractions.
• Complete all department paperwork and use communication equipment (phones, fax, computers).
• Assist in tour generation to meet qualification specifications.
• Engage guests face‑to‑face or via phone to generate sales appointments for resort sales centers.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with resort operations to ensure seamless check‑in transitions.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within Travel & Leisure’s community.
• Meet targets and KPIs set by the business.
• Work weekend and public‑holiday shifts as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hotel role.
• Genuine passion for customer service and knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and positive attitude.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Ability to recognise and solve workplace problems.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (e.g., Hirum, Fidelio, Opera).
• Strong computer literacy.
