Group Reservations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Group Reservations Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role is ideal for candidates with front‑office or reservations experience in a hotel setting who wish to move into a sales‑focused career path.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all group bookings end‑to‑end, including rooming lists, payments, cancellations and terms & conditions.
• Prepare group information sheets and brief hotel stakeholders ahead of arrivals, maintaining accurate filing of reservations and correspondence.
• Liaise with other departments on special requests, VIP and complimentary room procedures, and any reservation‑related matters.
• Oversee group‑related inventory, monitor business wash, and generate reports such as Group Wash, Business Turndown and 3‑month forecasts for the Director of Sales & Marketing and Revenue Manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with PCOs, travel agents and commercial organisations to generate new group business for the hotel.

Required profile

• Prior hotel experience in Front Office or Reservations.
• Strong interest in transitioning to a Sales & Marketing career path.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
