General Services Attendant (Houseperson) - Part Time

About the role

Crown Towers Sydney's Housekeeping team is hiring friendly, reliable people as General Services Attendants (known elsewhere as Housepersons) for part-time positions. The team delivers the premium guest experience expected at one of Australia's most iconic luxury hotels, and the role suits people on student visas or seeking flexible part-time work in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver minibar services and replenish guest amenities
• Respond to guest service requests professionally and on time
• Set up rollaway beds and assist with room configurations
• Move housekeeping trolleys and supplies throughout the hotel
• Perform regular manual handling tasks as part of daily operations
• Support the wider Housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain high standards of service and presentation at all times

Required profile

• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to perform continuous physical work and regular manual handling for up to 8 hours
• Previous Houseperson experience in a luxury hotel or resort, and experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (helps)
• Strong teamwork skills and a strong customer service focus (helps)
