About the role

Join Beacon Lighting’s Fairfield store as a full‑time Customer Service and Sales Assistant. You’ll use your sales enthusiasm and love for interior design to help customers find the perfect lighting solutions while enjoying a balanced schedule with every second weekend off.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert, professional service to retail and trade customers.
• Promote and grow the Trade Loyalty Program and manage trade accounts.
• Develop strong product knowledge to guide customers toward the best choices.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
• Support teammates to meet overall business goals.
• Contribute to store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping.
• Engage with the local community and charitable organisations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine customer focus.
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all tasks.
• Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
