Front Office Attendant – Hospitality

About the role

Join the team at Macquarie Inn as a Front Office Attendant, the first point of contact for guests. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and support the smooth operation of the reception area in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly, attentive service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage reception emails and phone calls, responding promptly and handling administrative tasks.
• Assist with accommodation bookings, bistro enquiries and other front‑of‑house duties as needed.
• Support team members across the venue, including stock handling and deliveries.

Required profile

• Passionate about guest service and attentive to every interaction.
• Excellent communication, detail‑orientation and teamwork skills.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for handling emails, reservations and administrative systems.
