Freelance Catalan to English Translator for Life Sciences

About the role
IQVIA is seeking freelance translators who are native English speakers with Catalan proficiency to support life sciences content. You will join a global community of linguists and work on clinical trial documents and other scientific materials.
Key responsibilities
- Translate, review, and edit Catalan source texts into accurate English for life sciences projects.
- Deliver high‑quality translations within tight deadlines, using translation management systems and CAT tools.
Required profile
- Native fluency in English (target language) and fluency in Catalan (source language), both spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of experience translating life sciences content, clearly detailed in your CV.
- University degree in translation/linguistics with ≥2 years experience, or no degree with ≥5 years experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with translation management systems.
- Experience using CAT tools.
