Fragrance Specialist – New Store Launch

About the role

Join the founding team of MECCA Bowral as a Fragrance Specialist and help shape the store’s customer experience from day one. You’ll work in a dynamic retail environment, sharing your passion for fragrance with beauty lovers across the Southern Highlands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the in‑store expert on all fragrance products, guiding customers to find scents that suit their preferences.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional, consistent customer experience throughout the store.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of fragrance notes (top, middle, base) for personal and home use.
• Ability to lead customers through personalized scent journeys, including detailed consultations for special occasions such as weddings.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of fragrance composition and brand portfolios (e.g., Tom Ford, Byredo, Diptyque).
• Excellent communication and a customer‑obsessed attitude.
