Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join Pullman Bunker Bay, a 5‑star beachside resort in the Margaret River Region, as a Food and Beverage Attendant. You will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure memorable dining experiences across the resort’s outlets and events.

Key responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
• Provide personalized food and beverage recommendations and upsell thoughtfully.
• Maintain high standards of service during restaurant shifts and special events.
• Set up, service, and pack service areas with meticulous attention to detail.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to enhance guest interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing hospitality roles.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid RSA (or equivalent) certification for the region.
• Passion for engaging with guests and collaborating within a diverse team.
