Front Office All Rounder

About the role

Join Pullman Bunker Bay, a 5‑star luxury resort in Western Australia, as a Front Office All Rounder. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them from inquiry through checkout and ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations received via phone, email and online platforms, providing accurate information on availability, rates and special offers.
• Serve as the primary guest contact, handling inquiries, modifications and cancellations.
• Allocate rooms according to guest preferences, availability and business needs.
• Process payment transactions securely and verify billing details.
• Promote room upgrades, special amenities and fulfill specific guest requests.
• Maintain precise reservation records to support smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Required profile

• Customer‑service oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation and property management systems.
