About the role

Join IQVIA's Translation Services team as a freelance translator specializing in Finnish to English for life‑science content. You will work remotely with a global leader, delivering clinical trial documents and other regulated materials to market‑ready quality.

Key responsibilities

Translate, review and edit Finnish source documents into accurate English, ensuring compliance with life‑science terminology.
Meet tight project deadlines while maintaining high linguistic quality.

Required profile

Native fluency in English and fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
At least 1 year of experience translating life‑science content, with documented experience in clinical trial documents.
University degree in translation/linguistics with ≥2 years experience, or ≥5 years experience without a degree.

Required skills

Proficiency with translation management systems and CAT tools.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
