About the role
Join The Yiros Shop as a Fast Food Team Leader at our South Bank location, overseeing both breakfast/lunch and dinner service. You will lead a dynamic team in a fast‑paced Greek‑inspired street food environment.
Key responsibilities
- Open and close the restaurant to high standards, ensuring cleanliness and food safety.
- Lead, support and train team members, including junior staff.
- Monitor store performance, meet KPIs and handle cash and register operations.
- Prepare food using deep fryer and grill equipment and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Shift Leader in fast food or hospitality.
- Strong communication, reliable, organised and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and school holidays.
